Kelli: Consistent Runner

I signed up with Consistent Running after I registered for my first ultra, UTA50 in the Blue Mountains. Both were the right decision.

Glen wrote the program specifically for me, tailored to my goals, race, capabilities and availability. But it also allowed me to train with friends - long runs on the trails are more fun with buddies!

Glen provided continued motivation, advice and feedback on my sessions, which I found really useful as I like to know I'm doing things right. He got me to the start line excited, confident mentally and physically ready.

Thanks Glen for making the four months of training fun, I really enjoyed the
variety and challenges. Also for helping me complete a bucket list race (and have now added more!)

I can definitely recommend Consistent Running 😀
