Kathryn: Consistent Runner
I’ve been a consistent runner for over two years now, and during that time I have learnt so much from Glen. I learnt not to focus on training for races, but rather to train year-round, build a solid base, and to just tweak my training for races. Glen taught me to love easy running and to have faith that it will come together on race day. Through this approach, I found that I would recover much better from training and races, which allowed me to slowly but surely progress.
I also picked up some valuable tips, like making a list of all the things that could go wrong during a race, and I found this helped my preparation significantly.
Glen’s coaching is well rounded, balancing the “wants and needs” of the runner. His approach is evidence-based and effective.
