If you require a detailed personal training program that can be frequently adapted to best fit your progress, then the One-on-One Run Coaching service is suited to you. After an initial discussion, I will ask you to fill in a form that will provide the information to help me get started on your training plan. The next step is to organise a run (if possible) where I will discuss training plan options/preferences and assess your running technique. This information will then be used to further enhance the training plan to best suit your needs and individual circumstances.
The training plan will be delivered using an online training platform, which can be synced with your Strava or Garmin Connect accounts. This will allow in-depth analysis of training sessions and regular updates to best suit your current fitness and future running goals.
Initial plan minimum 3 months = $450 (Including $90 set up fee)
Ongoing fees $140/month
Personalised training blocks are perfect for someone who has a goal race or run they would like to accomplish, however, do not feel the need for as frequently monitored analysis and fine-tuning as the one on one coaching provides. With the plan being delivered in 4-week blocks rather than traditional 12-16 week training plans, it allows for more individualisation as every runner responds differently to different training stimuli.
Some email correspondence to get the information required to tailor your plan, then if possible, a one-on-one run or chat over coffee will be used to help determine the best to start your training block.

While the 4-week training blocks do not have the same level of analysis and ongoing customisation that you get with the Personal Run Coaching, I will go through your training towards the end of each block and see how you are going, then modify the next 4 weeks to best suit your progression.
